The best "little final" of all times, that's what the German sports journalist called the game Portugal - Germany last night.

I totally enjoyed seeing the game last night. The mood has been simply great and when the game ended in the 90th minute, the commentator concluded "Germany probably has never enjoyed more to see their team making the 3rd place".
He was soo right, last night whether in the stadium or in Bonn (and probably anywhere else), the streets have been blocked, due to great celebrations - a big "open air festival feeling" with stages being build up and bands playing, people singing and dancing.

The win of the 3rd place was celebrated as much as winning the world cup title.

The USA Today had a nice article, which also portrayed the development of Germans dealing with their national identity.
